Scope:

Property has been extended and undergone a full refurbishment of building and grounds, the large extension with bifold doors increasing the footprint leading to illuminated patio area and gardens.

Electrical works consisted of a full redesign, supply and installation of new distribution board, full new electrical installation throughout the house and grounds, lighting and power inclusive of feature lighting and LED Halo effects to Skylights and cornices, Externally feature and illumination Garden Lighting, AV, Security Alarm and Heating controls
